FOOD ALLERGIES
We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are all present. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy we recommend consulting a medical professional before consuming our products.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and freshest products possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are however committed to addressing any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors related to your order.

RUSH ORDERS
Preparation Time: Rush orders require a minimum of 18 hours for preparation, subject to availability.
Ordering: Contact the bakery directly via phone or in person to request a rush order.
Fees: A $30.00 fee may apply to rush orders, communicated at order confirmation.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within 3 hours to avoid charges.
PICK UP POLICY
Order Preparation Time: All orders require a minimum of 2 business days for preparation. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
Late Pickup: If you are unable to pick up your order within the designated time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will hold your order for a maximum of 24 hours after the pickup time. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Identification: Please bring a valid ID and a copy of your order confirmation upon pickup. This helps us ensure the correct order is given to the right customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
